TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective as of April 16, 2025
By purchasing personal training services or using the facilities at Olympus APF, you agree to the following terms. All sessions must be scheduled in advance and are non-transferable. Payment is required upfront for individual sessions or training packages, and all purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged in full. Packages must be used within their specified validity period (e.g., 3 months from the purchase date). General gym access outside of scheduled sessions may be limited.
Clients must complete a health and fitness questionnaire prior to beginning any training. You acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating and agree to inform your trainer of any injuries or medical conditions that could affect your safety. Participation is at your own risk, and Olympus APF and its staff are not liable for injuries or health issues that may arise. Clients are expected to behave respectfully, wear appropriate athletic attire, and follow all safety protocols. Disruptive behavior may result in the termination of services without refund.
Your personal information is collected only to provide our services and will not be shared without your consent. Olympus APF LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes communicated via email or posted in the gym or on our website.
