What makes Olympus APF different from a regular gym?
We specialize in personalized fitness through one-on-one and small-group personal training. Unlike big-box gyms, we focus entirely on helping you reach your goals with customized workouts, professional guidance, and a supportive, private environment—no waiting for equipment or dealing with crowds.
Do I need to be fit before starting personal training?
Not at all! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting started, returning after time off, or looking to break through a plateau, we’ll meet you where you are and create a plan that fits your current ability and goals.
How do I book a session?
You can book your sessions directly through our online scheduling system, by phone, or by contacting your trainer. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred times.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged the full session rate, as we reserve that time just for you.
What should I bring to my session?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and clean athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel if you'd like. We provide all the equipment but feel free to bring your own yoga mat or gear if you prefer.
Do you offer nutrition coaching or other wellness services?
Yes! While our focus is on personal training, we also offer optional add-ons like basic nutrition guidance, mobility/stretch sessions, and wellness check-ins. Just ask your trainer for more details.
Can I train with a friend or partner?
Definitely! We offer small group training for 2–3 people. It’s a great way to stay motivated and save on costs while still getting personal attention from your trainer.
How are payments handled?
All sessions or training packages must be paid in advance. We accept [credit/debit cards, cash, ACH, etc.]. Packages are non-refundable and have a set expiration period, typically 6 months.
