What a typical class includes:
Dynamic warm-up
Skill and movement development
Strength and conditioning
Games or challenges to keep it fun and engaging
Emphasis on safety, structure, and coaching attention

What ages is this for?
What should I bring or wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing, closed-toe athletic shoes, and a water bottle.
Do parents stay or drop off?
Parents may drop off their child or stay nearby during class; it is completely up to you!
Can my child try a session first?
Yes, your child can start with a single session at half the price to see if it’s a good fit.
Once a class reaches capacity, additional kids will be added to the waitlist and contacted if a spot opens. If this issue persists, then more classes will become available!
